I’m from northern England, the son of a policeman. I practice what I preach and own 11 houses in the US – 8 in Detroit (Michigan) and 3 in Rochester (New York).
From the age of 12, I worked before school, after school and on weekends in order to support my family. My formal education suffered as a result – but I developed a strong work ethic.
Aged 21, I started selling mobile phones and founded a mobile phone company and by 28 employed 28 staff.
I sold the business, moved to Spain and into real estate. I progressed to Manager and then Regional Manager, managing over 100 staff. In 2005 I relocated to Italy as Sales Director overseeing sales of over 2,000 properties. In 2008 I lost my personal property portfolio – but learnt the value of timing in the real estate market and that residential property was a safer investment than holiday homes.
Today as CEO of PCG I manage over $30m in US real estate sales to clients across the world. Their net returns average 14% pa.
My life’s focus is to share my life experience with trustworthy, investors looking for medium and long-term investments.
I started working as a legal secretary in Spain, before moving to Monaco where I worked as a Trust Officer in Trust and Wealth Management.
I’ve a Degree in Media and a Diploma in International Trust Management. Outside of work I’m kept busy by my four children.
